Airports
London is served by five main airports, from the UK's main gateway at London Heathrow to London City Airport in the Docklands.

Kings Cross
These days the area has increasingly become home to cultural establishments. The London Canal museum opened in 1992, and in 1997 a new home for the British Library opened next to St Pancras Station.

Canary Wharf
espite the fact that over 100,000 people work in Canary Wharf with jobs such as mine (it’s the busiest financial district in London) it can become quite lonely for a newcomer.

Knightsbridge
Knightsbridge itself, was originally a small hamlet outside the city of London, between the villages of Charing and Kensington.

Chelsea
The word Chelsea means "landing place for chalk and limestone", referring to the River Thames, which bounds Chelsea to the South. Its Eastern boundary was once defined by the River Westbourne,

Picadilly
Piccadilly is a major London street, within the City of Westminster. The name Piccadilly arises its name from a tailor named Robert Baker, who once owned a shop on the Strand, in the late 16th and early 17th century.

Marble Arch
Standing alone on a traffic island, the arch is only accessible through the exit of Marble Arch underground station.

Islington
Islington is an inner city district in London, it grew as a sprawling village along the line of the Great North Road and has provided the name of the modern borough. Some confusion arose from this as many neighbouring districts are also classed as Islington.

Soho
Soho has earned a solid reputation since the late 1800s when writers, poets and artists began to populate the area and music halls, theatres and working girls moved in.

St Jame's
It is home to many famous Gentlemen's Clubs (particularly Pall Mall), and once upon a time the Haymarket area was the most popular place in London to pick up working girls.

London Ealing Escorts
We were going to have some pre drinks at mine first as I just lived around the corner from the venue. I thought we might even have a BBQ in the afternoon just to soak up that festive summer atmosphere. |
